  • Paper Books: All paper-based books, manuals, and printed materials are non-refundable once purchased. This policy is in place due to the nature of printed educational and psychological materials, which cannot be resold once opened or used.

  • Digital Products: Online tests, scoring programs, and digital assessments are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we send you the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Technical Issues: For digital products, if you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing the service, please contact our support team immediately.
